For the“Wrong login or password” error:
- Ensure no extra spaces in your password and email.
- Make sure Caps Lock is off (if on a computer).
- Quickly copy and paste your login credentials into the given fields, or opt to type them in with care manually.
- Password is case-sensitive - ensure that it matches the welcome email exactly (capital and lowercase letters).
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:
1. Click “Forgot your password?”
2. Enter your email address and press “RESET.”
3. Check your email for a message from our friendly Support Team and press “Change password.”
Can’t see the email? Take a look in your spam folder, just in case!
